Hello Debbie, I was wondering if your new group would consider Wags for Hope as one of your beneficiaries. We are an all volunteer (501(c)3) organization based in the Frederick area. We take our pets out to nursing homes and assisted living facilities among other places. (Please see www.wagsforhope.org) We are looking for funding specifically for the new program we are building. It involves placing at risk shelter animals with seniors living at home alone. We will subsidize some of the the care and feeding if necessary.
