My brother had this idea years ago for a gourmet "soup kitchen." He is quite the soup chef, so the idea would be to have several types of soup and fresh bread. There would be a suggested price like $8/ bowl. Pay what you can. He said that poor people deserve good soup, too! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It would have to be a wonderful and generous group of people to get this going, but I think if the quality of food is excellent then people who can pay will pay at or above the value of a meal. I honestly don't know how Frederick would receive it.  It would be interesting to see.
