Proof Reopening

There was a sign at the recently-closed Proof Bakery this morning (4/28) that said "No worries... Proof will re-open in 1 month after some light renovations." YES! They had the best coffee in town.

Not too smart for the new owners to paper the windows, throw up a CLOSED sign, then wait a full week to post a second "re-opening soon" sign. Word of mouth has already spread that the place is closed, with most likely assuming it went belly-up. How many will take the time to see the re-opening sign?
