There are plenty of yummy options for rice-based foods, etc. They do have good coffee, though.

Re: Proof Reopening

Proof Bakery reopened today (5/29). Still owned by Mike Tauraso, the bakery has been remodeled to accommodate more seating. They still serve the same delicious coffee! Changes are a smaller baked-goods selection, a new breakfast menu, and expanded sandwich (lunch) menu.

Re: Proof Reopening

Not too smart for the new owners to paper the windows, throw up a CLOSED sign, then wait a full week to post a second "re-opening soon" sign. Word of mouth has already spread that the place is closed, with most likely assuming it went belly-up. How many will take the time to see the re-opening sign?

Re: Proof Reopening

Good.
